Last Set Fitness helps members through the most challenging parts of their continuous fitness journey. Trainers do not just prescribe a set of movements, but work to motivate and wholly change people’s perceptions about fitness. When we are able to tap into what motivates a person and provide that individualized coaching, those “workouts” feel a lot more meaningful and team members will be a lot more excited to come back. Being high-energy, enthusiastic, and committed to the individual goals of team members is what sets Last Set Fitness and its trainers apart from the rest.

Our highly efficient, universally modifiable fitness program is the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. Couple our program with corrective flexibility techniques, a strong emphasis on functional movement, nutritional guidance, and ongoing support, we help our teammates move better, feel better and enjoy a healthier lifestyle.

 

The Last Set Fitness system makes us completely different from any other club. While other boutique gyms have one specific style in the way they train their customers. There isn’t any progression or movements that it specifically designed for that specific client. We have developed the components that take the guesswork and trial-and-error out of reaching our team members’ goals and puts the science back in. We provide a complete training system and a highly qualified fitness coach who will personally walk through every step of the way on the path toward achieving our team members’ personal goals. One size does not fit all! Just as we all require a specific shoe size, we all require a specific program. Everyone has specific goals and a specific body. For customized results you need a customized program that focuses on safe, effective workouts and progression.
